We constantly engage in training and development activities aimed at developing our employees’ knowledge and skills. This approach makes a significant contribution to our ability to achieve business results that are in line with our corporate strategies. When determining training requirements, priority is given to personal as well as to occupational training. Having first identified essential training needs, we then formulate long-term training plans.

In addition to employee training, we also give great importance to Lean Thinking as a way of constantly improving processes. We systematically solicit and consider employees’ suggestions through our On-The-Job Idea Platform. Our continuous development is aided by giving prompt attention to their suggestions for improvements.
