Port Çolakoğlu® Metalurji is one of the biggest loading/offloading facilities for dry bulk and general cargo vessels in the North Marmara. Located within the plant’s grounds, the pier makes it possible for the company to effectively manage and coordinate both storage and highway transport operations.
With a handling capacity of 7,000,000 tons a year on average, Çolakoğlu-made products leaving Port Çolakoğlu® Metalurji create difference by being exported to more than eighty countries.
Çolakoğlu® Metalurji’s ability to expedite customs formalities and processes owing to its status as an “Authorized Economic Operator” helps boost the company’s exports and competitive strength in international markets.
Equipped with both daytime and night-vision cameras, Port Çolakoğlu® Metalurji is under the watchful eyes of a professional security team twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week.
Port Çolakoğlu® Metalurji is a member of the Port Operators Association of Turkey (TÜRKLİM). It has been awarded both International Ship and Port Facilities Security (ISPS) and Hazardous Material Handling certifications in accordance with International Maritime Organization (IMO) requirements.
